CARE MANAGER: ROLE SUMMARY
We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Care Manager to
join our team and continue the growth of InisCare?s home support
services in South Dublin.
As a Care Manager at InisCare, you will be responsible for the overall
management of our South Dublin area. The overall objective of the role
is to ensure that the quality of service and quality of care is always
to the highest possible standard whilst adhering to regulatory
requirements and that our staff continue to feel supported and valued
as they deliver this support.? You will also be responsible for
providing leadership and management to the team ensuring that our
vision and values are understood and acted upon. You are ultimately
responsible for making sure that our customers continue to receive the
highest quality home support that they need.
The right candidate will have experience developing lasting
relationships with staff, customers, families and the HSE. Through
your previous work you will have exhibited a passion for supporting
people in their community and an ability to work closely with them to
deliver person-centered support plans.

AS A CARE MANAGER WITH US, YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE BUT
ARE NOT LIMITED?TO:
* Growing the business in South Dublin by building key relationships
and creating new opportunities
* Liaising with the HSE and point of contact for other stakeholders
for new business opportunities
* Creating and maintaining outcomes-based customer care plans
* Monitoring customer satisfaction through visits, phone calls and
company surveys
* Accepting new work from the HSE and supporting the coordination of
new cases
* Updating and submitting fortnightly and quarterly HSE KPI returns
* Monitoring weekly key performance indicators and service metrics
* Other duties as required by the role
TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION YOU WILL HAVE:
* A relevant healthcare degree or qualification
* A minimum of **Apply on the website** years? experience in the
homecare sector
* Be a self-motivated individual with very strong communication and
decision-making skills
* Flexibility. Responding to emergencies as required
* Enjoy working as a team and have the ability to manage your own
time
* Strong planning and organisational skills
* Excellent attention to detail with strong verbal and written
communication
* Fluent English
* Full driving licence and access to a car
